Ultrasound yesterday.

My fluid levels are a little elevated. Normal levels are between 10 and 24 centimeters. My levels were 26. So, barely elevated.

The doctor kept going on about extra fluid being common with Gestational Diabetes. So finally, I was like, "When did I officially get diagnosed with GD?" I explained about throwing up during the 3 hour and that being the only reason I was tracking my sugars. So, she looked at my sugars and said that they looked really good, and that I don't meet the requirements to be considered Gestational Diabetic.. Like I knew.

So, she said that she's still suggesting I be placed on a diabetic diet.. Which is bull shit to me. I mean obviously I will do anything for this baby... But really. My sugar levels have been below what the doctor has wanted EVERY DAY. So, I don't see how going on a special diet is going to help since I don't have a problem with it. GR.

She said that having extra fluid has a ton of different causes. Sometimes they never figure out what causes it. The baby looked good. She had an estimated weight of 4 pounds 7 ounces. (Eeks!)

The doctor said that they wont let me go past 39 weeks. Having elevated fluid makes your chances of a stillbirth go up after 39 weeks. (By 1% she said.) So, this baby will be born no later than 39 weeks!! She asked if I went into labor on my own with Kayelynn, and I told her I had. So she said I will most likely do the same with this baby and I wont have to worry about being induced. Woohoo.

Look at those big lips!

Soooo cute!

She has hair!! I can't wait to see her!

And, she's still a girl!
