Anyway. It is so amazing how these people literally transform before your eyes! I'm not talking 20 pounds. I mean from 250 to 140. Big to like tiny! And - It's in a matter of about 6 months!! They are awesome.
I have been walking/jogging on the treadmill. I've been doing 2.5 miles a day! That's a lot for me. I am one of those people that HATES to run. I can't stand it. I took some before pictures... But I'm not posting until I get some after to go with them.
Back to the original topic. I Googled and looked at the before and after pictures. Brian from season 3 is a completely different person! And - Most of his weight loss happened once he went home! He was still a pretty big guy when he got sent home.
