I sent out the invites for Kayelynn's party a month ago. That is not an exaggeration. I sent them out 4.weeks.ago. I just got a comment on a Facebook status from my grandma, so Kayelynn's Great-Grandma, saying she has to work and can't come. Really... I gave everyone PLENTY of time to request off work. Plus, she waited until 2 days before the party to let me know.
I know it shouldn't be that big of a deal, but it seriously pisses me off. I made sure to let everyone know way ahead of time so they could come.
I don't think my dad's coming either. So, that's great.
Oh well, we're going to have a blast.

I know how that is. My MIL tells me that I never giver her enough notice for anything. SO NOT TRUE! I gave her Sam's dance schedule MONTHS in advance!
ReplyDeleteChris' mom did that for Grace's birthday party. I told her when the party would be a month ahead of time, and sent the invites two weeks before the party, and yet she had to work. Some people are just impossible.
