If you haven't heard of little Avery yet, I can promise with or without my post you would very soon.
Avery is 5 months old and has SMA - Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
SMA is the #1 genetic killer of infants & children under the age of 2.
Avery's parents created a bucket list of things they want Avery to achieve before SMA takes her life - And they need all the help they can get to raise awareness and make it possible for the items on Avery's bucket list to be crossed off.

Why you gotta go and make me cry? That is so sad. They seem so strong. I don't know what I would do if I didn't expect Samantha to live past the age of 2. So heartbreaking.
