The Sky Is The Limit.

Let me tell you about my amazing day yesterday.

I had to pay the rent. So, Brian's grandpa jumped my car and off we went to buy a new battery. On the way there everything stopped working. My windows wouldn't roll down, my speedometer<----- That doesn't look right but spell check says it is. stopped working, my radio stopped working, and my gas gage quit. Brian called ahead of us to make sure they tested it first. The guy at the place said it sounded like the alternator but they would test the battery to be sure. So I get there and hurry and open the kids doors and buy them a nice cold water. (Paige and Kayelynn just wanted to sleep.-[I don't know how since it was what, 900 degrees?])

They guy came out and tested the battery. He said that's definitely what it was. Paid for the battery and went on my way. I paid the rent, took the kids to eat, and then headed to WalMart to waste some time. On my way there guess what happened?? Everything stopped working again. So, I called Brian and told him to go to WalMart after work to give me a jump. (Tried starting it at WalMart and it wouldn't even budge.) 2 hours later Brian came to give me a jump... Went to get gas. I left the car running because I knew it was going to need jumped again if I shut it off. Well, the damn thing shut off anyway! Some guy helped Brian and Chuck move it into a parking pace and we called a million different people to see if they could squeeze us in. Finally Pep Boys said they could do it at 9AM... So we had to have to towed ACROSS THE STREET. -$75 dollars. You read right. 75 dollars to tow it across the street. I went ahead and took Brian's car home and Brian stayed behind with mine. His grandpa then came and picked him up.

Pep Boys called and told Brian it was for sure the alternator, and that my serpentine belt was dry rotted so bad he didn't know how it hadn't broke yet. ALSO.... That new battery I got... Yup, destroyed. It came with a year warranty so I'm going to have to take it back Monday and get another one. So... $41 for the battery... $280+tax for alternator, serpentine belt, and labor, and $75 for the tow. So, a little over 400 dollars. I am beyond pissed. This is the 4th or 5th time we have had to have it worked on since we got it not even a year ago... And tomorrow I have to go hand the guy 400$ for the car payment... I think he needs to call it even.

I don't think there's anywhere else for things to go except for up at this point.
