SO ANNOYED.

I ordered 2 cloth diapers off of Alvababy.com on the 6th. The money was taken from my bank account on the 10th. I finally went on their website 2 days ago to track my order to see when it would get here. (I was expecting it withing a week.) Well, their site says I have not paid and that I need to submit my payment. W.T.F.

Over the past 3 days I have e-mailed over 10 times. 3 different e-mail addresses. They claim to have 24/7 support but that's a joke. I'm super close to going to my bank and filing a fraud dispute so I can get my money back. Thank god I didn't spend a ton of money.

I will never use this site again. I will gladly pay double the price to not have to worry about getting scammed.

**** I do not think I have updated, so here is an update - 1/4/2015

Alva ended up getting back with me. (They were closed due to a Chinese holiday.) They sent me the correct diaper as well as an extra. I ended up pregnant again 1.5 years after this post and ordered $150 worth of diapers from Alva Baby - LOVED THEM. Great company with awesome diapers!!

    That happened to me. I emailed multiple time with no response. I went on the alba baby Facebook page and saw that they were having a problem with their system. You have to order a certain way for your money to be seen as taken out. Also there is a different emailing address you have to us to get a hold of them then the one on the site.

    I e-mailed the one they sent me my order confirmation. I've e-mailed it 3 times.

    I did the same thing. Then I was told to use this one tianzhenlan@gmail.com(sorry it's not clicky. I'm mobile right now). I got a reply within a day! They also sent me a free insert.

      That's the one I tried. Hopefully they reply soon. I reallly want my diapers! Lol.

    Wow! I ordered 4 diapers off the same site in March and had great service! I recieved the package in like 10 days. I really love the diapers and was planning to get some more at tax time but if the service is sucking I may try out a different company!

    I don't blame you! I was extremely irritated! They are suppose to be working on the issue they are having with their system. I have heard great things about them before all this. Really hope you get your diapers. There is a lady here where I lie who buys in bulk from then and then she sells them for $9. I ordered one from her ad she brought it right to my door. I met her on cafemom.
    What other places are you looking for diapers? Some wahms sell them at good prices. Are you just looking at pockets?
