I'm A Big Kid Now.

Sooo. After staying dry all day yesterday.. Kayelynn then stayed dry all through the night!! Her pull up was completely dry when she woke up! Brian's grandma watched her for a bit and she did pee in her pull up... But that's not her fault. She freaked out when they tried to put her on the potty... Probably wasn't the greatest idea to leave her with someone while potty training. After that though she stayed dry from 12 until just now when I put her to bed. She peed and pooped on the potty all day. She still doesn't tell me when she has to go, but she holds it until I put her on the potty. So, day 2 of staying dry all day... And we were out and about both days!! Not to shabby since she isn't even 2 yet. I'm pretty excited though.

Other than that... Nothing new in Ohio... Except we caught a raccoon!! Well, we didn't but the Critter Getter people did. I felt so bad. He was outside in the freezing cold cage all night.. There was nothing we could do though. I wasn't going to let it go so it could go back under the house. (Plus it's illegal to relocate raccoons in case they have rabies. )We are leaving the crawl space open in case there are any more animals under there.

We put Kayelynn on a bike today at WalMart. She can't peddle YET, but she can reach. So now I don't know whether to get her a bike or a kitchen for her birthday. Maybe I'll hint to family that she wants a bike. Lol.

  1. Kitchen sounds like a better idea. Samantha is almost 3-1/2 and she still can't peddle. Apparently they have a hard time with that sort of thing until they are 4.

    Congrats on staying dry though!!!
